The 28 and 35 figures belong together, rather than being interchangeable with another test length. A result of 25 out of 35 falls short, while the 40-question and 25-question options describe test formats not stated here. Keep both numbers in mind when preparing: the total tells you the test size, and the passing count tells you the required performance. That pairing is more reliable than remembering only an approximate percentage.
