Why bilingual matters

The Vietnamese-American broker difference

Insurance carriers, claims adjusters, and underwriters operate in English. For Vietnamese-speaking families, that creates a translation gap at the exact moments accuracy matters most: a new policy, a claim after an accident, an SR-22 filing after a citation. Most agents in Westminster either do not speak Vietnamese, or speak it only for greetings and not for explaining policy language.

You get both languages from the same desk. Documents go out in English. The conversation around them happens in whichever language your household prefers. In Orange County, it's common for children to drive policies their grandparents own, and for one household to span three generations on the same auto policy. That kind of intake needs cultural context, not just translation.
