How NJ policies are handled
Sean Vu (Allstate) is the licensed producer of record for New Jersey. QualitySpace coordinates the bilingual intake conversation in Vietnamese or English, gathers household and coverage details, and hands off to Sean Vu who underwrites and binds the policy under his NJ license. You sign the application with the partner producer; you remain a QualitySpace client for ongoing service coordination.
QualitySpace receives no commission from NJ policies. Sean Vu's agency is the licensed entity binding. This is a formal referral relationship under NJ insurance regulation, not a brokerage arrangement.
