I’ve had a good experience with this insurance company overall. Their rates were competitive, and the sign-up process was pretty straightforward. Customer service has been responsive whenever I had questions, and filing a claim was easier than I expected. The only downside is that premiums did increase a bit at renewal, but that seems pretty common these days. Overall, I’d recommend them if you’re looking for reliable coverage and decent support.

What we won't do
The promises in plain language
- No incentives for reviews.Google's policy and the FTC's endorsement rules both prohibit offering anything (discount, gift, credit) in exchange for a review. We don't do it. If you encounter another broker who does, that's a violation worth reporting.
- No review gating.We don't pre-screen clients with a survey to steer happy ones to Google and unhappy ones to a private form. Per Google's fake-engagement policy and FTC rules, that's prohibited.
- No filtering by language. We ask Vietnamese-language and English-language clients equally. If you prefer to leave the review in Vietnamese, Google supports it and our other Vietnamese-speaking clients will read it.
- Responses within 48 hours.Every review (5 stars or otherwise) gets a personal response from Kevin within 48 hours, except when he's out of office.

Per industry research, online reviews are the most-trusted signal consumers use to evaluate a local business. Google's local pack ranking weights review count, recency, rating, and response behavior. For a Vietnamese-American broker in Westminster competing against decade-old incumbents, reviews from real clients are how we close the trust gap. If we earned it, ask is the least we can do.

Before posting a negative review, call us at 714-666-6669 or email leads@qualityspace.com. Most issues we hear about after a public review could have been resolved in a single call. If we can't fix it, the public review is still your option, and per CDI rules you can file a complaint at insurance.ca.gov.

Insurance decisions in Vietnamese-American households are rarely made by one person reading one quote. A parent may own the home, an adult child may handle English paperwork, and a relative may be helping compare premiums because they have been through the same DMV, mortgage, or health-plan problem before. Reviews help that whole family understand what it feels like to work with us before they call. They show whether we explain the policy clearly, whether we slow down for Vietnamese questions, whether we compare choices instead of pushing one carrier, and whether we answer after the sale when a claim, renewal, or billing notice shows up.
That matters because insurance is easy to buy wrong. A cheap auto policy can leave out uninsured motorist coverage. A home policy can carry a dwelling limit that looks large but does not match the rebuild cost. A life policy can be more expensive than the family needs. When a client writes a specific review about how we handled those details, the next household gets a practical signal: this office understands California rules, Vietnamese-language conversations, and the way family decisions actually happen.

How we handle negative reviews
A negative review does not get buried, argued with, or moved to a private channel just to protect a rating. We read it, compare it with the policy file, and respond with the facts we can share publicly without exposing personal information. If we made a mistake, we say so and explain the next step. If the issue belongs with a carrier, billing department, DMV office, or regulator, we still help point the client to the right place. The goal is not to win an argument online. The goal is to fix what can be fixed and make the record clear for the next family reading it.
