Privacy Notice
QualitySpace Insurance Agency (QUALITYSPACE INC) respects the privacy of every person who contacts us. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It applies to qualityspace.com and to direct inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
What we collect
When you contact QualitySpace by phone, email, or (in a future site update) through a contact form, we collect only what is needed to respond to your inquiry: your name, phone number, email address, the city or ZIP where you live or garage your vehicle, the type of insurance you are asking about, and any details you share about your situation. If you become a client, we additionally collect information required for an insurance application, date of birth, driver license number, vehicle identifying information, and similar items required by carriers for underwriting.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregated, cookieless visit data such as pages viewed, referring website, and browser type. It does not identify individual visitors.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, submit applications to insurance carriers, and maintain your policy. We do not sell personal information. We do not share information for advertising purposes. We share information only with carriers, regulators, or other parties as required to underwrite, bind, service, or comply with a legal obligation tied to your policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiry information that does not result in an application is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Policy-related records are kept for the regulatory retention period required by the California Department of Insurance and individual carriers, typically seven years after the policy ends.
Your rights under CCPA
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to request correction, and to request deletion (subject to the regulatory retention requirements above). You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To exercise a right, contact us at [email protected]with the subject line "CCPA request" and we will respond within 45 days as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic without cookies. If we add additional analytics in a future update, we will update this notice and the site will display a cookie notice.
