Mobile homes in Little Saigon
Manufactured-home coverage is its own discipline
Westminster, Garden Grove, and Santa Ana have a meaningful number of manufactured-home communities, and insuring those homes is not the same as insuring a stick-built house. Underwriters ask different questions: year and manufacturer of the home, whether it sits on a permanent foundation or tie-downs, park name and space number, roof and skirting condition, and any prior claims on the structure. Foremost built its reputation on this niche over decades, which is why it stays in our roster even with the post-2023 appetite narrowing.
