Where to go and how to book
Nevada DMV services are by appointment only, apart from a few exceptions such as license plate drop off. Pick your office on the appointments page to book.

At DMV offices the written test is given on touch screen computers in English, Spanish, and audio format.

For a REAL ID you show, in person: one proof of identity, proof of any name changes, one proof of Social Security number, and two proofs of Nevada residential address.

You can take the written test online through KnowTo Drive Nevada, any time, with no appointment, in English or Spanish.

In person, written testing closes 30 minutes to 1 hour before the office closes.

The test has 25 multiple choice questions. You need 20 correct answers (80%) to pass.
