What to bring to the Arizona permit test

Who this checklist covers: First-time Class G instruction permits for U.S. citizens ages 15 years 6 months-17 with an assigned SSN. The permit is not for federal identification. Adult, noncitizen, no-SSN, transfer and road-test routes are outside this checklist.
