What this page used to say, and why it was wrong
An earlier version of this page listed Mercury Insurance among the carriers QualitySpace Insurance Agency places business through. That was inaccurate. It was written while we were building this site around the markets we expected to have access to, before those appointments existed, and it should never have been published.
To state it plainly: QualitySpace Insurance Agency holds no appointment with Mercury General Corporation. We cannot quote, bind, or service Mercury Insurance policies. We have never held a Mercury Insurance producer code, directly or through any other agency, cluster, or master code, and we have never placed a Mercury Insurance policy.
If you are an existing Mercury Insurance policyholder, your policy is serviced by Mercury Insurance and by the appointed agent named on your declarations page, not by us.
What we can do
Carriers we are actually appointed with
We are an independent broker. These are the California-admitted carriers we shop directly. Carrier appetite varies, and not every carrier will accept every applicant.
If a Mercury Insurance policy is the right answer for your household, we will tell you so and we will not pretend otherwise. We would rather be the agency that says what it cannot do than the one that finds out later.
