Solution
Here are some steps for enable smtp authentication.

Microsoft Outlook 98 & 2000

From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
Select the "Mail" tab.
Select your email account and click "Properties."
Click on the "Servers" tab.
Check the box next to "My Server Requires Authentication."
Click "OK."
Note: Please make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is not checked.


Microsoft Outlook Express


From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts."
Select the "Mail" tab.
Double-click your email account
Select the "Servers" tab.
Check the box next to "My Server Requires Authentication."
Click "OK."


Microsoft Outlook 2002 (XP) and 2003
1. From the "Tools" menu, select "E-mail Accounts."
2. Select "View or change existing e-mail accounts," then click "Next."
3. Select your email POP account and click the "Change" button.
4. Click "More Settings," then the "Advanced" tab.
5. Next to "Outgoing server (SMTP)," change port 25 to 26.
6. Next click on out going server tab
7. Check box my Outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication
8. Check Use same settings as incoming mail server
9. Click "OK," then "Next" and "Finish."
10. Restart Outlook
