How can I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, you must submit a ticket to our billing department or request a cancellation on our client area and do the following:
To cancel your account account please provide the following:
[1] The first and last name of the account holder. [2] The last 4 digits of your credit card number. [3] The billing address associated with the account. [5] Please provide a reason for cancellation.
Please ensure you have a copy of all files, database data, e-mail and anything else on the server as it will be immediately deleted.
